Outcome-priced vendor invoices, verified against your systems of record. Monthly statements, invoice reconciliation, dispute packages. Monthly statements from Starter; invoice reconciliation and dispute packages from Growth. Each billed outcome it verifies is one verified action against the same allowance.
When you outgrow a plan
Limits are enforced by the API. When an allowance is reached the app shows which plan unlocks the next step; nothing is silently dropped and nothing is billed that you did not choose. Above Scale, Enterprise prices verified actions on an annual commitment, adds SSO, counterparty sharing, custom retention and a security review, and offers a shadow-mode preview of enforcement for teams that want CommitLayer in the approval path rather than after it.
CommitLayer is paid only by the customer whose agents and invoices it verifies. No payment, referral fee or data comes from vendors.
